No, Retroid devices do not come with pre-installed ROMs. Our consoles run on Android and are designed for users to load their own legally owned digital backups and emulators.
What is your return policy for defective units?
We offer a 15-day return policy for any manufacturing defects. If your device arrives with a hardware issue, please contact our support team with your order number and video evidence of the fault.
